Historically lower grade selections have shown a consistent profit July to October but not as profitable and are more susceptible to losing months than the early months.
With the present state of the betting industry it would be too risky to do the full system as we could have a losing run and find our accounts closed restricted in spite of us losing money, as hard as it might be to believe it’s happened to me in the past.
The Australian initiative appears to be gaining traction over there and there are groups campaigning for something similar here, the likes of Justice for Punters, if pressure is coming to bear on UK bookies the likes of Paddy Power etc. are showing no signs of it, but we can only hope.
Ha yes 20+ at £60 a time would scare me off or even £30...but if that is still profitable, which I didn't realise, I would probably go for it.
What I should probably do is stick with my standard amount for your selections and try and pick my own out off the ratings, even if only 1 or £2 a time and see what happens. Keep 2 separate books and see what happens.
I know last year you stopped after 3 months after a mega successful time. But generally speaking is it successful most of the season (barring periods if extreme weather)?
The lower grade racing is more profitable at the beginning of the season, in the past I would filter in the higher grades as the season progressed but the number of selections escalates into the twenties, too many for most to handle only the well-funded strong character types could weather the losing runs.
No I didn't. I didn't think you usually selected at the bigger meetings like ebor leger Ascot etc and I didn't check. Tho to be fair I was at NEC all day
Another great win today. I backed Penny dreadful at 10/1 with 365 and Vic. 365 paid at sp12/1. Vic had already stopped my BOG some time back so only got 10s, but ALSO applied rule 4 at 5% robbing bastards lol.
I try and pick odd ones out from the ratings. And if short odds may be a small double or treble but was so tired at work last night I couldn't. Just noticed something like 5 out of the first 7 won today. Although at least 2 were non handicaps and you don't seem to select those.

Anyone using the ratings that were going to York races Ebor day would have been well rewarded;
Mustashry 5/2
Ebor winner Nakeeta 12/1
Eddystone Rock 20/1
A 30.5 point profit on the day.

Appreciate your hard work. Thank you
