For those that are interested in following the system verbatim I suggest the following: -

Back all selections singly win only to a level stake regardless of price.

Be prepared for long losing runs and keep stakes within the comfort zone.

The selections are what I am personally backing and if you follow it’s at your own risk.

It may appear that selections follow a set criteria but it varies in many ways.

If after a long losing run, I may increase stakes as I have faith in the system, when I do I will keep you informed, but again what you do is your choice.

Update

If you follow F&F as outlined at level stakes at early prices whether night before or early morning to take advantage of BOG, or probably a combination of both, after the first two losing bets we have been in profit ever since so we’ve had it easy so far but it will not always be like that.

The first half of the season we will follow a familiar route hopefully building the bank, later in the year action will increase with a lot more bets than we’re having now.

I realize a lot don’t follow F&F as advised but if you do it is a long haul to the end of October and if you are in Profit at any time and feel uncomfortable when things hot up, please feel free to bail, it’s never wrong to take a profit.

For those that make it to the end of the season following as explained, you will have done well as it’s not easy to trust a stranger nowadays.

I’m not guarantying we will win but it will not be for the lack of trying.

Two nice winners yesterday after the blank the previous day.

Good example yesterday regarding when to bet, evening before v early morning to take advantage of BOG

Lunario 15/2 evening before but SP 10/1 I ended up with average 8.75/1

Batchelor boy 10/1 EB but SP 4/1 I averaged 7.25/1

My average for both winners 8/1

Average SP 7/1

Evening before 8.75/1

Evening before wins in this instance and overall I still believe it is the best way to bet, but betting only the evening before, the Bookmakers appear more inclined to restrict your account.
