April finished on a high with three from six winning 9.00 8.00 3.75 I can only describe it as a fabulous month. The stats are through the roof with ROI 83% that’s equivalent to every horse we’ve backed winning at 5/6 for a profit of £3285

The one thing that affects the system is extremes of weather; we want neither drought nor floods. Drought and they water the courses, they often overwater which seemed the case at Catterick last week and if the rains come in quantity it’s a disaster. Floods often in July, the type that washes half a village away causes havoc and there’s been plenty in recent years. I’ve known the Magnet Cup meeting at York be abandoned. Another bone of contention is going reports, ucking ell, clerk of the course reports it G/S Soft in places when you get there the horses are up to their knees in it.

Back to the stats, bottom line is there a bit too good and there will be a correction, we have no way of knowing when, or what form it will take, we can only be vigilante. I thought last year’s ROI excellent at 39% but 83% is dreamland.
